Law360 (December 19, 2016) Thompson Hine LLP has hired a litigator with nearly 30 years of complex commercial litigation and arbitration experience involving securities and contract disputes from Nixon Peabody LLP, the firm said Monday.
Constance M. Boland is joining Thompson Hine’s business litigation practice in New York as a partner after representing clients in state and federal courts across the country. She’s also represented clients in appellate and bankruptcy courts and arbitral forums, according to her profile on Nixon Peabody’s website.
“I am confident that my broad experience with the financial services and insurance industries will significantly complement Thompson Hine’s litigation services,” Boland said.
