Placement of a Latin American capital markets expert at a Magic Circle firm’s New York office

Clifford Chance today announced that Hugo Triaca has joined the Firm’s Capital Markets and Latin America practices as a partner in New York. Triaca joins from Skadden, where he represented companies and investment banks in a variety of public and private corporate finance transactions in the United States and Latin America.
